We are fundraising with the expectation to secure $50,000 in pledges by year end 2023. To pledge a tax deductible contribution to the Parks and Rec Foundation, complete and sign the form below. The Parks and Rec Foundation cannot manage the administrative burden of keeping track of pledges or returning contributions if the project is not fully funded. Therefore, we will not request that you remit any contributions until the $50,000 goal is reached. Return your pledge form to baycolonyplayground.com so we can keep track of the commitments until the goal is reached. All contributions will be used solely towards the Bay Colony Playground. Public ways to recognize your gift are in the works.
